Alessandra is a freelance theatre director and dramaturg. She was part of the inaugural Jamie Lloyd EMERGE Company, receiving directing mentorship from Jamie Lloyd, and was the Associate Director of Targeted Work at the Lyric Hammersmith before becoming Resident Assistant Director at the Donmar Warehouse in 2022. Alessandra is a script reader for Park Theatre and Donmar Warehouse. She is also a board member of Stage Sight (an organisation aiming to create a more diverse and representative off-stage workforce) and a member of the GRT Equity Working Group (advocating for Romani traveller representation). Alessandra also works as a photographer.
