Eleanor Bull

Set & Costume Designer

Eleanor is an award-winning Set and Costume Designer across Theatre, Dance, Opera, and Film. In 2017 Eleanor won the Linbury Prize for Stage Design for her work with Phoenix Dance Theatre and in 2020 was nominated by The Globe Theatre for The Evening Standard Future Theatre Award. Following her contribution as 'Costume Design Assistant and Concept Work' on Yorgos Lanthimos' Poor Things, Eleanor was honoured as part of the film's Costume Team winning both the OSCAR and the BAFTA for Costume Design, under Costume Designer Holly Waddington. Eleanor trained at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School, graduating with an MA in Theatre Design in 2017, and at The Arts University Bournemouth, graduating with a First Class BA(Hons) inCostume with Performance Design in 2013.
